Construction Notice: Currently, there is ongoing construction in the adjacent lots of the Villa, which may result in noise and disturbances intermittently during the day. We do not have precise information regarding the completion date of the construction. In light of this situation, we are pleased to offer a discounted rate on all stays throughout 2024. Casa de Sueños Policies

• There is a no-smoking policy in place at Casa de Sueños (indoor and outdoor). A $500 USD penalty may be applied.
• No pets allowed.
• All groups must have a member of 30 years of age as a signing renter.
